RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Every transaction made on this secure website is for a payment due to We Finance Inc. for a contractual loan or fee involving said loan. There are no returns do to no goods being exchanged.

Refunds must be requested in writing and either mailed to the above address or faxed to 707-584-8164. You must also include the reason for the refund. We Finance Inc. will contact you regarding process of refund within 7 business days of request to discuss request. If both parties agree that a refund is appropriate, We Finance Inc. will submit check to consumer within 5 business days after contact with consumer.
